Shipping, Exchange, & Return Questions

Yes, we ship all over the world from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Shipping costs may apply, and will be added at checkout. Please note that you may be subject to customs and duties fees depending on the country of entry. Customs and duties are based on the shipment value and are the responsibility of the receiver.

It depends on where you are. The Abingdon Co. is proud to offer same-day shipping as long as the order is placed by 11am Las Vegas time (PT). If the order is placed after 11am, it will go out the following business day.

STANDARD SHIPPING:
We know it is important to you to get your items quickly, so we do everything we can to process your order fast. Please allow 5-7 business days (Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays don’t count as business days to UPS/FedEx/USPS/DHL) to receive your order within the continental United States.

Orders processed typically take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:
We do offer overnight shipping as an option as well. Please note that if an overnight shipment is placed after Friday at 12:00pm PST, it will ship out Monday morning for delivery Tuesday.

We use all major carriers, but primarily UPS and USPS. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

30 DAYS NO-QUESTIONS-ASKED RETURN POLICY
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to The Abingdon Co. for a full refund. If for whatever reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact The Abingdon Co. for a free return label – we will take care of your shipping costs (domestic only).

All we request is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging in the same condition. Any signs of wear or damage may result in only a partial refund.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card within 5 business days. Please note that your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the credit to your account.

Yes, we can engrave the watch case. It is a custom option and may take extra time to complete. Please contact us through ourContact Pagewith:
- the watch you want to engrave
- the personalization you want
- the date you need it by

We have a 30 day return policy, as long as the watch is in new condition and undamaged, you can swap it out. Please let us know through our Contact Page.

When you order from our site, you will receive:
- Your brand new Abingdon watch
- At least one watch band (varies per product)
- A freshly installed battery (inserted right before delivery)
- Product Documentation including a warranty registration card and a link to our Video Manuals
- Complimentary Sticker
- CREW Membership for free activities and community events

No, the receipt is not included in the box. You will receive a digital receipt via email only. 

All manufacturer defects are covered in the 5 Year Warranty. We will repair your watch at no cost to you if we find a manufacturer's defect. You can find our full warranty on the WARRANTY page.

Watch Questions

No watch is "water-proof." Any company who tells you they have water-proof watches are not being truthful. That said, all of our watches are water-resistant.

All Abingdon watches have at least a minimum water resistance of 165 ft. Our dive watches are tailored for people who actually dive, so they include an industrial strength water seal and an automatic movement to tolerate pressures felt at 660 ft max.

Our battery-operated watches are tailored for aviation & tactical professionals (ELISE, KATHERINE, AMELIA, JORDAN, as well as some custom or limited edition watches) and require precision timing. Quartz movements powered by battery will always provide the most accuracy in a watch.

Our automatic watches are tailored for SCUBA & other water-related industries (MARINA and NADIA) and require a water-tight seal. The automatic movements we use only need servicing every few years which will ensure that the watch remains closed and the integrity of the water-tight seal is uncompromised.

The battery typically lasts 2-3 years.

Not necessarily. If you wish to send it in to us to have your battery changed, we do FREE battery changes and cleanings for every watch that is sent in to our facility.

However, you can take your watch in to a local repair shop if its more convenient for you. Bands and battery changes do not void your warranty. If you need to take your watch somewhere local, we recommend taking your watch to a watch repair store - NOT a jewelry store.

If you get a battery change by a local business and the watch is damaged, it is the user’s responsibility to cover repair costs. Your warranty will be voided at this point.

Yes, all of the metals we use are hypoallergenic. Most metal on cases, buckles, and others are surgical grade stainless steel. No nickel or nickel alloys. We use the same material used in surgical scalpels.

6-8 months with normal everyday wear. Replacement bands are available on our website. We recommend skipping the first loop for a longer wear.

Though your water resistance may be 165ft, we do not recommend diving with your flight watch.  See this chart for more technical information. 

Repair Questions

The first thing you want to do is stop the watch by pulling the crown out.

Then go to our Repair Page and fill out the form to send in the watch to our repair facility in Las Vegas, NV.

All manufacturer defects are covered in the 5 Year Warranty. We will repair your watch at no cost to you if we find a manufacturer's defect. You can find our full warranty on the WARRANTYpage.

Our Lemon Law policy states that within the first 365 days of ownership, if you have 3 issues with your watch, we will replace the watch for free.

Every now and then, a lemon of a watch sneaks through our 3X quality checks and gets to a Crew Member. We know this can happen and we want to create a standard that says 1) We take care of our Crew and 2) We stand by our products.

Yes! We warranty our Repair work for 90 days.
